• Currently seeking a Patient Care Support Services Assistant.
• Position requires strong phone, written, and oral communication skills.
• Must maintain patient records and support clinical operations.
• Remote work on Saturdays and Sundays, onsite on Mondays.
• Daily audit of chart audits using Epic and Excel.
• Triage incoming calls from patients and caregivers.
• Facilitate outgoing mail using USPS.
• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of clerical/administrative experience in healthcare.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months related experience or training.
• One year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
