Forward-Deployed AI Engineer - Remote

Overview

OfferFit is looking for a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to join their team, collaborating with customers to ensure their success with OfferFit’s AI decisioning engine.

In Short

• Collaborate with customer analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on use case setups.
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines.
• Work closely with the Applied Science team to improve self-learning algorithms.
• Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap.
• Implement AI pipelines in production at scale.
• Be the face of the company, working alongside customers.
• Learn about data architecture, data science, and self-learning AI.
• Work in a team that emphasizes development best practices.
• Receive great mentorship and coaching.
• Support North America time zones with occasional travel.

Requirements

• Exceptional coding skills, clean and object-oriented code.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and risks.
• Structured and organized in planning and execution.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English.
• Up to 10-15% travel for workshops and meetings.
