In Short

• Collaborate with customer analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on use case setups.
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines.
• Work closely with the Applied Science team to improve self-learning algorithms.
• Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap.
• Implement AI pipelines in production at scale.
• Work in a team that practices development best practices.
• Be the face of the company, working alongside our customers.
• Learn about data architecture, data science, and self-learning AI.

Requirements

• Exceptional coder with clean, object-oriented code.
• Tinkerer who explores new technologies and methods.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and risks.
• Structured and organized with project execution skills.
• Clear communicator in writing and verbally.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to support North America time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% for team workshops.
