As a Technical Recruiter at Offchain Labs, you will play a crucial role in growing our technical and non-technical teams, leveraging your passion for blockchain and your expertise in recruitment to source top talent.

• Work closely with Talent leadership to execute the talent strategy.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
• Leverage data insights to drive recruiting initiatives.
• Keep track of applicants and ensure they are informed throughout the process.
• Build trust-based relationships with candidates.
• Drive employer branding across various platforms.
• Extend employment offers to selected candidates.

Requirements

• MUST have a passion for and experience in recruiting within the blockchain/web3 space.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong planning and operational skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Lever.
