Offchain Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting and Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes and ensure compliance for U.S. and international employees.

In Short

• Own accounts payable and payroll processes for U.S. and international teams.
• Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing in partnership with PEO providers.
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR on new hires and terminations for payroll runs.
• Manage employee benefits administration and financial perks.
• Ensure accurate processing of employee reimbursements.
• Support annual processes such as benefits renewals and payroll tax filings.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Contribute to building a transparent and collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, including international payroll.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and their connection to payroll.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in accounting roles with exposure to A/P and A/R.
• Proficient in Quickbooks Online.
• Experience in a global remote environment is a plus.
