• Own interview scheduling across all roles.
• Support sourcing for hard-to-fill or business-critical roles.
• Build talent pipelines and map the market for key roles.
• Support onboarding to create a smooth experience from offer to first day.
• Maintain and update our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Help organise offsites, team events, and socials.
• Track benefits and learning and development usage.
• Manage company swag, equipment, and perks.
• Contribute to wider People and Talent projects.
