Overview

As Repeatability’s first dedicated Talent Associate, you will build the engine that powers top-of-funnel candidate generation across go-to-market and business roles.

In Short

• Source top talent for various roles including sales, customer success, marketing, and finance.
• Conduct targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative methods.
• Write personalized outreach messages for candidates.
• Maintain market maps, outreach campaigns, and candidate trackers.
• Organize candidate data in tools like Ashby and Gem.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine target profiles.
• Contribute to sourcing playbooks and internal documentation.
• Support a high-quality candidate experience.
• Learn full-cycle recruiting and grow into increased ownership.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Curiosity about people and strong instincts for identifying candidates.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in developing client-facing experience.
