Overview

Ocient is seeking a highly motivated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to serve as a foundational hire who will work alongside the Director of Growth Marketing to stand up our ABM program from the ground up.

In Short

  • Define target account strategy and establish workflows with Influ2.
  • Create playbooks for engaging strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations.
  • Design targeted campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Manage relationships with ABM vendors and oversee campaign setup.
  • Develop personalized marketing initiatives for specific accounts.
  • Use data to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across efforts.
  • Compile and distribute regular ABM performance reports.
  • Analyze performance data to improve targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on ABM.
  • Experience executing ABM campaigns in enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms and CRMs.
  • Ability to translate insights into targeted messaging.
  • Experience measuring ABM success through engagement metrics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
