Senior Epic PB/PB Claims Application Analyst - Install - Remote

Overview

The Senior Application Analyst PB Install supports the mission of OCHIN through complex configurations to support the Epic applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for our member clinics. This role consults with members and internal staff to provide solutions that offer accurate, secure, and efficient workflows, with a focus on quality financial outcomes for our member organizations.

In Short

• Lead and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
• Perform complex build and configuration in Epic and related products.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for project scoping and process improvement.
• Consult with member billing offices and suggest build solutions.
• Provide weekly financial updates and project status reports.
• Attend go-lives and lead decision-making conversations.
• Document build specifications and team processes.
• Lead and mentor other analysts.
• Collaborate with OCHIN teams to address integration issues.
• Travel up to 25% to support off-site software installations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of 2 applicable certifications with preference given to Epic Resolute PB.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Process and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for Go Lives.
