Senior Epic PB/PB Claims Application Analyst - Install - Remote

Overview

The Senior Application Analyst PB Install supports the mission of OCHIN through complex configurations to support the Epic applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for our member clinics.

In Short

• Lead and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
• Perform complex build and configuration in Epic.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for project scoping and process improvement.
• Consult with member billing offices to identify workflows and suggest solutions.
• Provide project status reports throughout the life of each project.
• Attend go-lives and lead decision-making conversations.
• Document build specifications and team processes.
• Collaborate with OCHIN teams to address integration issues.
• Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities.
• Lead trainings and workgroups for members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Minimum of 2 certifications with preference for Epic Resolute PB.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Process and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for support.
