Overview

The Senior Patient Access Application Analyst supports the mission of OCHIN through complex configurations to support the Epic applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for member clinics.

In Short

  • Perform complex build and configuration in Epic and related products.
  • Operate in OCHIN’s Member Care Team framework.
  • Lead working sessions with OCHIN members.
  • Provide workflow solutions and training.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Document build specifications and workflows.
  • Collaborate with other OCHIN teams.
  • Lead trainings and workgroups.
  • Assist Project Managers with system capabilities.
  • Build, design, test, and document new system features.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 applicable certifications/proficiencies.
  • 5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst.
  • Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics or computer science preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Process and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
