Requirements

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle functions.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial data.
  • Experience leading training sessions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
  • EPIC Certifications in PB/HB modules preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Critical Access Hospitals is a plus.
