The HB/Claims Application Analyst supports the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for member clinics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst preferred.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Epic Resolute HB Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
