Epic PB/PB Claims Application Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Application Analyst on our Install team supports the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for our Ambulatory member clinics.

In Short

• Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products.
• Act as Level 2 technical support for many ancillary integrated products.
• Coordinate with Help Desk on JIRA resolution.
• Document build specifications and team processes.
• Provide elbow support to clinic staff during Go-Lives.
• Lead trainings and workgroups for members.
• Travel to support off-site new member software installations up to 20%.
• Collaborate with other OCHIN teams to address integration issues.
• Mentor and train less experienced analysts.
• Develop and share workflow best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Epic Resolute PB Certification is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 20% nationally.
