The position of EPIC Ambulatory Trainer - Behavioral Health at OCHIN involves delivering personalized training programs and supporting the integration of Epic systems for various healthcare workflows.

In Short

  • Deliver interactive training to OCHIN members.
  • Perform workflow validation within the OCHIN Epic System.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Facilitate workflow design sessions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions.
  • Assist members with their integration of Epic systems.
  • Support the development of new training programs.
  • Engage in user acceptance testing for new members.
  • Work remotely and independently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in training or instructional design.
  • Healthcare certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Epic applications required.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR).
  • Understanding of adult learning theories.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside normal hours.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
