Overview

As a Media Buyer at Oceans, you will partner with a multi-brand e-commerce company to drive scalable, high-ROI growth across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.

In Short

• Lead full-funnel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Build and manage campaign structures that support A/B testing and data segmentation.
• Optimize campaigns toward performance KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CVR, and CTR.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize toward real-world revenue.
• Stay updated on platform changes and ad policy.
• Partner with creative teams to guide high-performing assets.
• Manage campaigns autonomously while aligning with senior leadership.
• Communicate effectively in English for campaign briefs and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spend.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
• In-depth knowledge of Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with compliance in wellness and regulated verticals.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
