Overview

Our Client is seeking a Manager, Executive Recruiting to help evolve the future of our Executive Search function at Included Health. This is a unique opportunity to build and elevate a high-impact capability while remaining hands-on and leading a small but growing team.

In Short

  • Lead and execute 2–4 executive-level searches at a time.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business leaders.
  • Deliver curated, top-tier candidate slates.
  • Manage and develop a small team of recruiters.
  • Coach team members on research excellence and candidate engagement.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Help build and refine the Executive Search function.
  • Use data to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Represent Included Health within the executive talent market.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in executive recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success delivering VP/C-level searches.
  • Blend of in-house and retained search experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and market mapping skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of judgment and professionalism.
  • Track record of improving recruiting processes.
