Digital Marketing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Digital Marketing Analyst has strong analytic and statistical capabilities with an expertise in translating data into meaningful market and consumer insights. The successful candidate is knowledgeable in market research and CRM, website, online brand management, SEO analytics, etc. The Digital Marketing Analyst reports to the Director, Digital Marketing. The position will be located in our corporate offices in Danbury, CT with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite and 1-2 remote).

• Collaborates with marketing team and other stakeholders to drive success and growth of digital channels.
• Recommends measurements and strategies using data to drive business decisions.
• Proposes and manages market research projects for consumer insights.
• Undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
• Queries datasets and aggregates data across systems for insights.
• Conducts quantitative analysis and modeling to extract insights.
• Compiles, analyzes and distributes reports on marketing campaigns.
• Conducts regular QA assessments of CRM activities.
• Analyzes audience segments for personalization capabilities.
• Trains team members to measure ROI and KPIs related to digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in a marketing environment.
• Strong in conducting complex analysis and data gathering.
• Familiarity framing and structuring a problem.
• Strong in seeking insights and translating findings into recommendations.
• Proficient in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Proficient in Google suite products (Analytics, Search Console, Looker).
• Familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI (preferred, not required).
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively on projects.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Excellent time/project management skills.
