Senior Associate, Retention Marketing - Remote

In Short

• Build detailed campaign briefs to guide strategy and execution.
• Serve as the key liaison between the Paid Media team and the Creative team to ensure timely and efficient campaign launches.
• Partner with the Paid Social team to execute retention paid ads.
• Monitor daily channel performance and maintain reports from platform data.
• Own the creative brief process for asset creation.
• Manage the production of site assets for retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to execute cross-channel campaigns.
• Support retention roadmap planning and ideation efforts.
• Document and archive channel campaigns.
• Assist in creating a robust testing plan to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in paid media marketing or related fields.
• Strong ability to build and manage creative briefs.
• Proficient in analyzing platform data.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with email, SMS, and paid social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting and web analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pivot and adjust to changes.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
