Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Data Engineer at Nutrafol, you will help make informed, data-driven decisions and support the leadership team with critical insights into the business through the development of new datasets and enhancements to existing database design.

In Short

• Transform business requirements into technical solutions around schema design and database development.
• Assist with the development of new data schemas for a robust ETL process.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Support troubleshooting of potential database bugs.
• Document key processes and queries.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a Data & Analytics role within eCommerce.
• Familiarity with data ETL processes and database design.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse technology.
• Experience with DBT and/or programming languages like Python or Java.
• Experience in Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
