Overview

Nubank is seeking a RAS Controllership Specialist to analyze financial products and ensure compliance with regulations in the Mexican market while supporting the company's growth through reliable financial processes.

In Short

• Analyze products and regulations in the Mexican market.
• Build financial regulatory reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Research technical accounting matters for compliance.
• Manage cross-functional activities with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers for data architecture improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in financial institutions.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with CNBV and BANXICO reports.
• Ability to tackle complex problems involving multiple variables.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Scala is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
