Overview

The AML Operations Coordinator at Nubank will ensure sustainable growth by supporting regulatory demands related to AML Ops, KYC, and EDD, while providing the best experience to clients and maintaining high-quality customer data.

• Support AML Operations processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee resolution of AML Alerts and identify suspicious situations.
• Coordinate investigation files for escalation to the AML Forum.
• Perform quality reviews and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize money-laundering risks.
• Provide guidance to direct reports on technical needs.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs for operational routines.
• Implement action plans for improving results and customer experience.
• Support operational team growth and development.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish and/or English.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach.
• At least one year of experience in managing operational teams.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
• Interest in creating and improving processes.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and compliance.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, and Python is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Ability to turn numbers into strategies and actions.
