Overview

The Network Security Engineer L3 is an advanced engineering role responsible for providing professional remote technical support to clients, focusing on identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.

In Short

• Provide remote technical support for network security incidents.
• Maintain support processes and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Document and close resolved incidents according to procedures.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
• Create and update knowledge articles for incident resolution.
• Upgrade skills and knowledge on the latest products and technologies.
• Work in a hybrid model with 5 days on-site per month.
• Engage in continuous feedback and improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• Professional certifications in networking technologies (e.g., CCNP, JNCIS).
• Experience in security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy.
• Strong technical support experience with clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Customer service oriented and proactive thinker.
• Ability to work well in teams and with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Experience providing remote support in security technologies.
