Requirements

• Seasoned experience in Security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS.
• Experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Problem solver with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Knowledge of vendor technologies like Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint.
• Proactive thinker and customer service oriented.
• Ability to create knowledge articles for incident resolution.
