Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with monitoring systems and trouble ticketing (Service Now preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Service Desk/Help Desk is a plus.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Technical training in IT is required.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
  • Familiarity with Zabbix, Putty, Filezilla, and mRemote is preferred.
