Overview

As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, your role will be to ensure that our clients' security infrastructures and systems remain operational, providing proactive monitoring and resolution of technical incidents.

In Short

• Monitor and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Handle client requests or tickets with technical expertise.
• Perform operational tasks and manage work queues.
• Provide second-level support and communicate effectively.

• Audit incident and request tickets for quality.
• Assist L1 Security Engineers with triage and troubleshooting.
• Support project work when required.
• Contribute to change management processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with managed services handling security infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing conditions and flexibility.
• Client-focused mindset and positive outlook.
• Willingness to work longer hours when necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing.
