Senior Project and Resource Manager - Remote

We are excited to be looking for a new remote Project and Resource Manager, based in the Philippines or Malaysia, to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to increase project profitability, velocity and team utilisation through upfront and effective project planning. We are hiring this role with a long term view,  beginning as a 12 month contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

• Ensure seamless project delivery with meticulous data integrity.
• Work with budgets, timelines, and workflow optimisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project demands.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a digital/creative agency.
• 5+ years of direct resource and project management experience.
• 1 year experience using Kantata.
• Experience working with budgets and timelines.
• Ability to balance desired output and client deadlines.
• Experience in building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work Melbourne timezone (AEDT/AEST).
