Project and Resource Manager - Remote

We are excited to be looking for a new remote Project and Resource Manager, based in the Philippines or Malaysia, to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to increase project profitability, velocity and team utilisation through upfront and effective project planning. We are hiring this role with a long term view, beginning as a 12 month contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a digital/creative agency.
• 5+ years of direct resource and project management experience.
• 1 year experience using Kantata.
• Experience with budgets, timelines, and workflow optimisation.
• Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work Melbourne timezone and attend virtual meetings.
