Novel Technology Services is looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in a Staffing & Recruiting Company to develop new client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with client companies.

In Short

  • Develop new client acquisition through cold calling and networking.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand client staffing requirements.
  • Present customized staffing solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify candidate profiles.
  • Review candidate profiles and present qualified candidates to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Conduct post-placement check-ins for client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in Business Development from the Staffing Industry.
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
