Overview

As Chief of Staff to the COO, you'll be instrumental in scaling Notabene's operational excellence during our next phase of growth, acting as a force multiplier for the executive team.

• Partner with the CEO and COO to translate high-level vision and strategy into actionable operational plans.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in management consulting or strategic operations.
• Proven track record driving complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong ability to distill high-level strategy into tactical plans.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams or managing stakeholders.
