The Senior Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic connector between Talent Management and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, ensuring enterprise talent strategies are effectively activated across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
• Healthcare or professional services experience preferred.
