Overview

As a Guest Services Representative at Brightline, you will be the voice of the company, assisting guests through various communication channels and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

In Short

• Assist guests via email, chat, and phone calls.
• Resolve grievances and provide thoughtful communication.
• Handle ticket and reservation inquiries.
• Manage incident cases within the guest database.
• Process credit card transactions for refunds or upgrades.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide information about stations.
• Participate in the security and safety of the station.
• Utilize various software to assist guests.
• Work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Ability to assist special needs guests.
• Proficient in computer skills with a typing speed of approximately 40wpm.
• Sound judgment and independent thinking.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal permission to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• High School level English proficiency.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
