Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit an Assistant Practitioner to join the Northern Mental Health Social Care Team, covering the North Norfolk area as well as the Mental Health Duty Team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005), and Mental Health Act (1983).
  • Experience in safeguarding vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for community support and engagement.
  • Commitment to improving community-led support.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work in both office and community settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
