Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic community Assistant Practitioner to join our highly motivated, innovative team of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners. In Short

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, record-keeping, and keyboard skills.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people.
  • Knowledge of the Care Act (2014) and Mental Capacity Act (2005).
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience in assessments and service commissioning.
  • Ability to work both remotely and in-person.
  • Commitment to supporting individuals in the community.
