Overview

Nordson Product Assembly is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to provide expertise in precision dispensing and fluid management technologies, working both remotely and at customer sites.

In Short

• Perform installation and commissioning of Nordson systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on Nordson equipment.
• Provide customer instruction on the use of Nordson equipment.
• Troubleshoot PA-specific technology and conduct fault analysis.
• Prepare and submit administrative and technical reports.
• Advise on market changes and competitor activities.
• Conduct customer trainings in English and local languages.
• Collaborate with sales and application technology teams.
• Participate in exhibitions and open-house events.
• Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in mechatronics or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and interfaces.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluent in English with strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid car driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
