In Short

• Build web services, APIs, and integrations to enhance the platform and make Nomad faster.
• Write clean, extensible code, and improve the architecture, frameworks, and toolkits.
• Implement best practices for clean, extensible code.
• Develop features and improvements to Nomad Health systems.
• Participate in discussions on architecture and frameworks.
• Own the architecture, frameworks, and toolkits used to maintain the product.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Collaborate within Product and Engineering to devise features and set priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience with JavaScript/React/Next.js and Python preferred.
• Experience with web application performance.
• Experience with writing automated tests.
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems clearly.
• Self-motivated and self-managing with great organizational skills.
