Overview

  • Create and track performance metrics for customer support.

  • Provision new customer accounts during onboarding.
  • Assist with account configurations and 3rd party software.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for customer implementations.
  • Diagnose customer issues using spreadsheets and reports.
  • Escalate product bugs to the Engineering team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a technical support role.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Ability to work in unstructured settings.
  • Strong desire to build team documentation.
  • Accountable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of MFA, OAuth, or SSO.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to run queries.
  • Experience with tools like Powershell, Postman, or cURL.
