In Short

• Lead a team of up to 12 Premier Navigators to ensure high team performance.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Monitor and maintain organizational and departmental KPIs.
• Hold weekly 1:1s to discuss performance and development plans.
• Ensure processes are updated and team members are trained.
• Create departmental reports to illustrate processes or functions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Complete other duties to improve team performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ people management experience in healthcare staffing.
• Able to deal with ambiguity and drive results.
• Data-driven with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High accountability and comfort with tough conversations.
• Experience with software tools like Zendesk, Jira, and DialPad.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
