Overview

Nomad Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our Operations & Maintenance team, based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

In Short

  • Accountable for maintaining and delivering Service Management activities for the customer base across the Benelux region.
  • Act as the key communicator between customers and Nomad’s Service and Support teams.
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements.
  • Manage Major Incidents & Problems through to resolution.
  • Planning resources to maintain service delivery within SLA’s.
  • Maintain and update risk & opportunity analysis for each customer.
  • Take responsibility for Life Cycle management process for each customer.
  • Ensure Service Integrity through appropriate security controls.
  • Manage supply of services delivered by 3rd parties.
  • Hold regular team meetings for effective communication.

Requirements

  • Degree preferred.
  • Experience of planning and running projects.
  • Experience of ITIL v4 processes and Service Desk Activity.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team.
  • Good understanding of ITIL.
  • Languages: Dutch (required), English (required).
