• Design and implement core autonomy capabilities including path planning, perception, decision-making, and multi-agent coordination
• Develop and maintain the autonomy framework for vehicle integration
• Create robust behavioral models for autonomous systems
• Implement and optimize machine learning models for real-time decision making
• Collaborate with the platform team for integration with visualization and control interfaces
• Mentor team members and establish best practices

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing autonomous systems
• Expert-level programming in modern C++ and Python
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotics middleware
• Strong background in control systems, machine learning, and computer vision
