Junior Finance & Controlling Manager - Remote

Overview

To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for a Junior Finance & Controlling Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. If you have gained initial experience—ideally in a start-up environment—and know a thing or two about gaming, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

In Short

• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Process and report financial data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and analyzing financial processes.
• Prepare and analyze reports, financial and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Take ownership of projects from the start.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting or Controlling.
• Foundational knowledge in accounting and controlling.
• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships.
• Strong analytical skills and technical affinity.
• Team player with structured working style.
• Basic proficiency in German and English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with accounting software (DATEV, QuickBooks, LucaNet) is a bonus.
