Engineering Leader - Trader Engagement Team - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering leader to lead our newly formed Trader Engagement team. Your work will be core to our mission to be the #1 retail trading platform in the world by making better traders through client-centric web experiences.

In Short

• Mentor and manage a diverse team of full-stack and front-end Software Engineers.
• Engage in hands-on design and ensure alignment of strategy with software engineers.
• Oversee engineering processes and ensure smooth deployments.
• Hire the best talent to help build and grow NinjaTrader’s product engineering teams.
• Work with Product and Design leaders to build the best-in-class Trader Engagement Experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in agile software engineering teams.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing product-focused engineering teams.
• Strong frontend web engineering background with modern front-end technologies.
• Solid understanding of API designs and backend technologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
