Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT or technical roles, especially in helpdesk or MSP environments.
  • Empathy for IT technicians and end-users, advocating for better user experience.
  • Hands-on helpdesk management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with IT support processes and metrics.
  • Passion for improving IT team efficiency and end-user satisfaction.
  • Experience in B2B software product management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Ability to communicate technical details effectively to diverse audiences.
