We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (Documentation-First Onboarding) to join our dynamic Product team. This is not an intern track — it’s a launchpad into product management, where you’ll combine hands-on product work with critical documentation ownership.

From week one, you’ll be embedded in a product squad — joining stand-ups, triage, planning, and releases — while you lead key documentation and workflow audits that accelerate your mastery of our platform. By month 6, you’ll be scoping and shipping small initiatives; by month 12, you’ll own a product scope with measurable KPIs. Strong performance leads to promotion to Junior Product Manager.

In Short

• Create and maintain product documentation: help center, integration manuals, feature tutorials, back-office guides, and release notes.
• Design and manage the Developer Portal’s structure.
• Audit product workflows and propose process improvements.
• Establish documentation standards.
• Convert recurring Support/Sales/Success questions into guides.
• Organize knowledge bases by tags, categories, and personas.
• Monitor usage, feedback, and search queries.
• Participate in daily product work.
• Drive discovery and write clear PRDs and stories.
• Support planning and prioritization across teams.
• Own outcomes and track KPIs.
