Product Manager - Core Platform - Remote

Overview

We are growing and expanding our Core Platform product team and are looking for a Product Manager to join a group of PMs working together on the foundational capabilities that power NinjaOne’s endpoint management platform.

In Short

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities.
• Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap.
• Drive product direction for core features like automations and policies.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams.
• Engage with customers to understand endpoint management usage.
• Write clear product requirements and workflows.
• Ensure core capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne.
• Collaborate in a multi-PM environment.
• Comfortable with technical concepts.
• Flexible remote working options available.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in IT or technical roles.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience.
• Solid background in operating systems or system administration.
• Experience in MSP or internal IT roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Data-informed decision maker.
• Able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborative environments is a plus.
