Staff Product Manager - Core Platform - Remote

Overview

The Core Platform product manager will focus on building and maintaining the foundational and data platform infrastructure, frameworks, and services that power the entire Ironclad product ecosystem.

In Short

• Understand customer needs and pain points.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Prioritize features based on market research and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Define usage specifications and drive adoption.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Develop and communicate the product feature roadmap.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends.
• Create compelling product presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
