In Short

• Analyze the conversion funnels for various marketing channels, develop knowledge of KPIs, and their targets
• Develop and execute new creative and outreach campaigns through research
• Collaborate with other departments such as customer service to identify pain points and other areas to optimize in the customer experience
• Execute AB tests and evaluate the results to determine the winner
• Prepare and develop new reporting to aid colleagues, vendors, and senior management with monitoring the performance of our marketing efforts
• Assist the digital content team in the creation and/or positioning of content to increase engagement and customer value

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
