Quality Assurance Analyst, Accounts Receivable - Remote

• Audit accounts receivable claims for ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and professional billing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Focus on high-dollar and unpaid claims to ensure there are no gaps in the process or team training.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide training resources and reporting to support team skill development and process improvements.
• Conduct audits to identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in generating detailed audit reports and metrics to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Proactively recommend process changes and implement solutions to address recurring issues in AR claim workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in revenue cycle management.
• Support cross-functional teams in driving quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management.
• At least one year of auditing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable processes and revenue cycle management rules.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing auditing tools and systems.
