Accounts Receivable Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for reporting and reconciling incoming payments on a world-wide basis, ensuring timely and accurate cash postings, and assisting in the generation of accounting reports.

In Short

• Process cash receipts timely and accurately.
• Reconcile accounts receivable sub ledgers to the general ledger.
• Assist with banking and credit card processing relationships.
• Prepare account reconciliations and management reports.
• Implement processes for Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
• Interact with various departments and external auditors.
• Process credit card payments and resolve issues.
• Maintain receivables sub-ledger and supporting schedules.
• Assist in creating forecasts and reports.
• Support CFS staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce preferred.
