In Short

• Daily review and completion of assigned schedules
• Verifying medical insurance eligibility and benefits
• Verifying patient demographic information and providing correction pre-service
• Verifying prior authorization requirements
• Providing patient liability estimates based on insurance benefits and network reimbursement
• Updating post-op demographic information to assist with claim denials
• Assist ASC scheduling teams with any front-end clarification or cases added to the schedule within our assigned window

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of both insurance benefits and prior authorization
• Communication skills + ability to quickly and effectively multi-task
• EPIC system experience
